The website we are going to discuss this time is a website form a customized toys selling website - “Saberforge”. This website is a online store that sell their own handmade product, they toys that they sell is the light saber as the famous weapon from the well-known movie over centuries - “STAR WARS”. In this site, people can decide which kind of lightsaber they want to have, from the handle to the color of the blade, even the sound and the color of the lightsaber, people can decide all of that and make their own favorite lightsaber in this website.
We will discuss the good side and the improvement of the website, also we will discuss the effectiveness, customer service and the color use of the website.
At the beginning, we will check the home page, as you can see in the picture, we can see the home page has a well structure, first they have the shop tittle on the top, so that people will know they are at the right place, second on the left side you can see different types of the product, and also separate the price level of the product, so customer can get right in where they want, and don’t need to waste time to explore the website. On the other hand, the color used are well, it brings out the theme of the product, it used some glow blue color, and also with the steel, mechanic background, i think the reason that they used is trying to stick with the theme of the STAR WARS and factory alike. But one thing i think they can improve is the font style of the website, especially in the product section on the left side. In the picture, you can see that the world are kind of hard to read, or maybe need to take more time to figure out what world that is. I understand that they try to make it as cool as possible, but the major goal of word is allowed for people to read. My solution for that is they might can take away the glow, and just make it as simple as possible.
Second, in the product section, they have clear images of the product, so that people can see more details of it, and also the price is clear. But there’s more, when we scroll down, we can that they have different package for the product, for example “Handrail only”, “Blade+Handrail’, “Blade+Handrail+Sound”, and just keep upgrading, and each of it has the starting price,and i think it makes the purchase process become easier to the customer for them to figure out which one to buy. 
Last, the customer service, after we choose the product and the package we want for, it has a multi-selection for the customer, people can choose the color, sound, extra accessories etc and when you are selecting, the price at the top will calculate for the costumer.
Overall, i think it is a well-built website for online store, if they can improve their font style, it would be perfect.
